The Victorian Villa is located within the charming village of Hampton Hill which dates back to the early 1800s. Bushy Park, one of the Royal Parks within the area, is five minutes walk away and home to herds of free roaming deer. Nearby are the historical towns of Richmond, Petersham, Ham, Kew, Twickenham, Teddington and Kingston-upon Thames.

The Victorian Villa is 12 miles from central London. Heathrow Airport is just 7 miles away and Gatwick is approximately 30 miles away. The 285 bus from Heathrow to Kingston-upon Thames takes 35 minutes to arrive at Hampton Hill and stops just around the corner from the Victorian Villa on the High Street.
